Thanks for choosing a PowerUp website!
We know that no two clubs/organizations are the same, and that each will have different ideas on how to display their information to their users. To help us ensure we capture your club/organization’s unique look and display of information, we ask for a number of items to assist us in building the new website.
In the section below you’ll find more information on each of the items we need to begin building your new website.
In the Website Branding Form at the bottom of the page, you’ll have the chance to indicate your selections for colours, templates, fonts, modules, etc., upload your club/organization logo, and provide us any other information you think may be helpful.
If you have any questions on any of the below items, please feel free to reach out to us for clarification. We’re here to help!

Essential to any club/organization’s website is their Logo and Colour Palette. You may also have a preferred font or an existing website we could use for reference when building your website.
If you have a preferred font in mind for headers and/or paragraphs you’ll be able to enter them in the section below.
Want to see some available fonts? You can use these links to check some out. https://fonts.google.com/
Not sure what font to use? You can leave it blank and we’ll pick for you!
These are the colours you want to feature in the design of your website. We need 2 colours minimum, but can accommodate additional colours if you wish (no more than 3-5 though!).
You’ll need to provide us with the desired colour codes in the form below. Any format is acceptable, however we prefer HEX format. An example of a hex colour looks like this: #12AB34
If you’re unsure of the colour codes for your club/organization’s desired colour palette, you can find them here in this colour encyclopedia. For example: try typing in ‘RoyalBlue’ or ‘Aquamarine’,and you’ll be able to accurately determine your colour codes.
We know that every club/organization is unique and has different ideas on how to display their information to their users. To create the structure of your site we ask you to create a Site Map, which allows us to understand how you want to organize and display your website’s pages.
We use a tool called GlooMaps to help with this, which lets you create a flowchart of your pages. You can see an example of one here: https://www.gloomaps.com/wDMERRAAek

While PowerUp websites offer you a high degree of flexibility and customization that you’ll be able to make use of once you’ve had training, we need you to select a starter template. This is the template we’ll use as a foundation to build your website.
Use the links below to explore the different templates we offer, keeping in mind that you’ll be able to “mix and match” elements. For example: maybe you really like Template 1 but want to include one or two elements from Template 4. You’ll indicate your starter template and if there are any other “sections” (from other templates) you want to add to your home page.
We want you to be happy with your website, but we also know you may not be a totally web-savvy expert. We’re here to help! If you have a more detailed idea you’d like to see implemented, something you’re particularly interested in, or there’s something else you have some questions about - please let us know.
Similar to how the PowerUp registration portal is flexible and customizable to suit a club/organization’s workflows, PowerUp websites can also be customized in many ways – and there is no harm in asking us if something is possible.
