We know that no two clubs/organizations are the same, and that each will have different ideas on how to display their information to their users. To help us ensure we capture your club/organization’s unique look and display of information, we ask for a number of items to assist us in building the new website.
In the section below you’ll find more information on each of the items we need to begin building your new website.
In the section at the bottom of the page, you’ll have the chance to indicate your selections for colours, templates, fonts, modules, etc., upload your club/organization logo, and provide us any other information you think may be helpful.

Your Branding
The essentials we need to design a website for your organization are a Logo & Colour Palette. If you have other information like a font or an existing website for reference, providing that information would also help us build the best website for your organization
The Colour Palette
Two colours minimum, 3 to 5 at most. Colour codes are acceptable in any format, but ideally in Hex Format. An example of a hex colour looks like this: #12AB34If you’re unsure of the colours for your organization, you can find them here in this colour encyclopedia. Try typing in ‘Royal Blue’ or ‘Aquamarine’, and you will be able to accurately determine your colour codes.
What does your sitemap look like?
Each club has a variety of programs, documents and information they would like to display to their users. Helps us map out your website to give you the best possible start.

More Information …but not necessary
We want you to be happy with your website, but we also know you may not be a web-savvy expert. If you have a more detailed idea you’d like to see implemented – let us know! If you are unsure of some of the terminology for the website, or if you’d like a better idea of what we can build look no further than the following templates. If there is something you’re really interested in, make sure to let us know about that. Just like PowerUp is extremely customizable to run how your organization runs, your PowerUp Website can also be customized in many ways – and there is no harm in asking us if something is possible.
